It is located in the beautiful and industrial city of Xishan District, Wuxi, Jiangsu. The factory covers an area of approximately 5000 square meters, and the company is committed to creating a high-end brand of two wheel electric vehicles, motorcycles, and scooter frames; The company focuses on robot welding and is the pioneer in the industry in adopting the full robotic welding process; The company's main customers include first tier brands of two wheel electric vehicles such as Yadi, Xinri, and Tailing, as well as customers of scooters such as Suzhou Xiaomi and Nanjing Kuailun. The company's products also involve the production and sales of exported motorcycle frames.                        

Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the path of quality and efficiency development, learning and absorbing advanced scientific management experience. It has introduced professional management and technical personnel from New Continental Honda, including 1 general manager, 5 technical personnel, 3 quality supervisors, 1 production management personnel, and 5 section chief supervisors; Purchase 30 state-of-the-art welding robots (OTC) in Asia, 8 fully automatic pipe bending machines, 2 laser cutting machines, and advanced equipment such as frame vibration testing machines; The company has independent research and development, manufacturing, and mass production capabilities (3D design, CAD drawing) to achieve the industry's first full robot welding, independent 3D design of fixtures and gauges, robot simulation production, and comprehensive management of the production process. Each vehicle model has a single shift production capacity of 8 hours to produce more than 300 sets, and has a daily production capacity of over 1000 sets per product per production line.                       

In the next three years, the company will implement the Comprehensive Lean Production Model (QCMS), with an annual production capacity of 600000 sets. In the future, the company will continue to introduce research and development technology, management, and quality control personnel。
